How can I find a Master's degree online? And is it ok to do a Master's online?

If you're looking for a master's degree program online, be sure to find out exactly what the program is all about. Some courses will expect you to complete assignments in the field which means you will have to get permission from your supervisor before proceeding. Most master's degree programs do not include courses outside the program and do not require students to take classes in other fields, unlike most bachelor's degree programs, where students are encouraged to take elective classes outside their major.

When you earn a master's degree, it is an accomplishment because it shows your dedication to your career. People who have master's degrees are trained to be more efficient managers, problem solvers, and critical thinkers. They will take charge more often and will have the confidence to lead others.

Are those Masters acknowledge as good diplomas? Maybe it depends on the field?
I have a feeling that these online diplomas are not that good... Though I really don't know a lot about this...
Maybe a thorough research is recommended before applying...
I would like to have a "pro's" advice.
